Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos for review. Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
